UCCI’s Professional Technical, Electrical, and Trade (PTET) Certificate Programmes are designed to equip students with specialized skills and hands-on experience in fields essential to the Cayman Islands' economy. These one-year programmes blend practical learning with industry-relevant knowledge, providing graduates with a pathway to enter the workforce or advance in their careers quickly. PTET programmes include certificates in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Electro-Technology, Hospitality, General Business, and Construction Technology, with flexible evening courses to accommodate working students.

The aim of this Level 1 course is to provide instruction, demonstration, and practical experiences to facilitate the acquisition of basic skills and underpinning knowledge required by plumbing tradespersons who work under the supervision of a licensed plumber.
